You can use vegetable oil solo, preferably on previously moistened skin or hair. You can also add a few drops of oil to your favorite mask or cream. Combine it with a little essential oil and you have a simple concoction perfect for a body massage. You can also use vegetable oil during a facial massage – manually or with the use of a gua sha plate or roller.
Use:
