Apply the shampoo-gel to a damp scalp and/or body, gently massage in circular motions, and then rinse thoroughly (no cheating!).
Repeat if necessary. If the product gets into your eyes, rinse them thoroughly with water.
Apply a hair conditioner if you like - a hair conditioner from the same series will work perfectly in a duet with shampoo.
