How to conduct a massage? Here are some tips:

Brushing the bust zone: Start from the left side, making movements from under the armpit area under the breast, heading upwards. Repeat this movement 5-10 times on each breast. Then make simple movements from the nipple towards the neck, upwards. Repeat this movement 5-10 times on each side.

Brushing the neck area: Lift your head up and make gentle movements up and down. Remember not to exert too much pressure.

Brushing the neckline and shoulders: Make large circles with a brush on the neckline. And don't forget the shoulders.   Do 5-10 repetitions of each movement.

Brushing the armpit area:

Make a vigorous movement from the forearm, downwards. Repeat 5-10 times.
